my primary care is referring me to a counselor. waiting to hear from the drs office.

just feeling like so much is up in the air right now. i don't like not knowing what will happen.

i'm still trying to drill that this is an illness into my head. i refused meds for the longest time - finally started taking them and they definitely help!

just all so hard...
