Well, idk about expert opinion, as this place is of the peer support variety, but I will say this...


He sounds immature, selfish and at the very least emotionally abusive.


I would advise not to excuse his behavior with a diagnosis, expert or otherwise.


He's acting like an asshat, end of story.


People don't always attend therapy because there's something wrong with them in the head. Sometimes they need a sounding board, sometimes they need help coping with the difficulties of life (like being legally blind) and sometimes they just need someone to vent to.


My expert advice (in men)...

Run!


You deserve SO better.
