I've been denied twice. I talked to a lawyer after the first denial and he said that 40% of people win the second stage on their own, so he didn't want to take my case and waste my money unless I got denied again and had to go before a judge.
I can't decide if I'm going to appeal again.....I know I should. I'd still need to work part-time to make enough to live on. I guess I got it in my head that maybe they were right and I can work. But I can't go back to the work in the laboratory that I used to do.
So....I understand how you're feeling. Its so frustrating to jump through all the hoops. I have like 40 days now to decide if I'm going to appeal again.
Just playing pool a few hours today wore me out; its hard to even think about trying to work a full time job on my energy levels.
