Should the new victim and her hubby be notified of her doings?
Or would it be better to just be minding my own business?

I can't risk exposing my identity until everything has been sorted out.
seeing and knowing something terrible is going on, it takes quite a bit of effort on my part to blantantly just accept it and let her claim another victim.
