SS8282 - I wonder if what is happening is SSRI "poop-out". Initially the SSRI works but six to nine months into therapy the person has a relapse of the depression. Often increasing the dose doesn't work and the person needs to switch antidepressants or add another antidepressant to the mix.

Could your tiredness be from a partial return of depression? Or is it a different sort of "tired"? - Cam
