The last two days or was it only yesterday, I dont remember, but I didnt use much computer and not so much tv either, tried drink less pepsi and before going to bed I turned down the temperature totally in the kitchen too so theres no heat at all on in any rooms exept bathroom. I live in a small apartment, even it would be a bit cold to be up without any heat on, its not cold in the bed. I have the window slightly open in the side room to get a bit air and I started sleep with a T-shirt. A singlet would be too cold on the arms.

I am so surprised I got a better sleep. Yesterday I did sleep at 2am with one sleeping pill, I did not wake up in the night, not more than one time maybe early in the morning, but it didnt affect my sleep in a too bad way. I woke up at 10pm today and I had no need to sleep more and have not gotten tired today. Before this I slept at 2-4 am and woke up 2-3 times during sleep and had need to sleep 10-11 hours and still were extremely tired.

I wonder if its just a coincidence, I just hope the better sleep will continue. Dont want to be thrilled too fast. But I am happy if this continue
