Yes...I totally understand the cycle shift from manic to depression. I am experiencing this myself at present. I am crying, crying....want it all to end.
Yes...I feel as though my 'World" will end as I know it. Especially coming off a manic episode where ones views are SO POSITIVE...feelings so wonderful,,then DROP into "the agony of depression stage".
Sweetie...just letting you know I understand .. I am there...and I will be here for you!SOLDIER ON!!!!!!
