I did journalism in college, too! Worked 3-4 years at newspapers, then realized I didn't want to stay with that and went into other types of editing (science journals, government stuff, online college courses). Then a few years ago decided to change paths and got a master's in Health Science with a focus on community health. Haven't found a job in that yet but editing is good for freelance work!

You could do "industrial psychology" and work in HR. Or if you got a PhD, you could teach and/or do research.
