The only thing worse than the rollercoaster of depression is having that coaster derailed.

I'm set for my closing in about an hour... when I get a call from the broker. With the final numbers the loan is not enough to cover the payoff. He is trying to get a larger loan from the lending bank. Won't know until tomorrow. If not I would have to come up with several thousand dollars to go through with this. I have about $460 in the bank and no other resources.

I would turn my anti-pity-party into a pity-pity-party but I don't feel like any kind of party-party right now.

Why does this suck so much?
