i'm impartial about it and think it doesn't matter but our host wants to remember more things because she's convinced that if she keeps remembering things eventually one will show up that she'll believe (i think she knows it's real but isn't ready to face it... she really wants to though)
so with this one she was told about it and then to try and get everyone to believe she believed them she posted it on here (only place we could all think of... the courage of telling someone while completely anonymous)
so at the time of posting the triggering content was needed (to build internal trust) but now it's no longer needed

I just wanted to let you know that even if the memory isn't triggering for you or any insiders anymore, it may be triggering for other PC members to read, so it's a very good idea to use the trigger icon and use the trigger code.
Learning about one's past can be and should be a slow, step by step process. It sounds like that's how it's going right now. Trust is important and hopefully soon she will come to trust those inside who hold the memories and them to trust her as well.
