I feel heaps better this afternoon thanks. One of the reason why I was questioning was that it is supposed to be the easiest to come off. I have come off once before and wish I had taken notes. My couseller says I probably can't remember because we tend to block out those things that aren't pleasant but one of the things I remember is walking along one day having a conversation with myself about whether I needed to be back on it or not and then another time when I went to the pharmacy and enquired about St John's Wart. This was withing probably a 3-6 month period after coming off it and then I was fine for 4 years so I do think it could just be me not liking coming off it. I do have to do it very slowly.
