Moonkin I am so sorry that you are struggling with your hate but you are right...hate can distort life and fill you with depression and color you view of the world. I want to send words of comfort in your time of suffering but try to learn to forgive and let go of all the negative in life or it will pull you down. I know it is easier said than done because I have struggled with it to. Hope you can find a better place for your self and know that there are others out here who feel your pain.
