Is there someone, at school that you can talk to? A guidance counselor or teacher? Was anyone bleeding or injured when you had called the cops? As much as they are there, to protect and serve, I don't believe they like mediator roles. As frustrating as being called names is, once the state gets involved there's no guarantees and not every child that has been through foster homes has had an ideal life. It's hit and miss.
