Can you do something you enjoy and see if there's a difference in how it makes you feel?
I hope that makes sense-- sorry if the question seems off. I'm depressive but not bipolar. I saw this topic in "today's posts" and was hoping I could learn something slightly parallel to my situation (as I recover from depression), if it's okay with you guys. (If not, please just say so and I'll leave the thread and not bother you again.)
