Of course everyone has Happy moments and feelings that have nothing to do with Bipolar. Seriously think about it ..
Its easy to over analyze every feeling or feel the need to label each emotion.. I have been guilty of doing this.. But its no way to go about life.
If you walk into a bakery and the smell makes you smile..thats not Bipolar thats " this shyt smells amazing"
If you go to the beach and watch the gulls fly and feel the breeze and smile that's not Bipolar.
If your still sleeping well and going about daily life and you are happy..
Your just happy ! don't try to overthink it.
