I'm sorry to hear that you are troubled by anger. Yes, I would think that if you are constantly trying to address these issues with your husband it would leave you to feel frustrated to say the least. And you're right, we can't change what has been done but we can reflect on how best to move forward. And I think that you are doing this by setting up boundaries.
