Jara, I do understand very much when you say it all seems hopeless and why should people bother.

I have been there in the past.

And I know how painful your mindset is right now.

When there just seems to be no hope ....

And I know it's easier said than done when you feel like this ....

But.

Honestly?

I have learnt each and every time, that no matter how much I believe it to be true at the time, things change, and they always do. And it can and will get better. It's hard to see this now. But slowly you will begin to heal your mental health.

It's really important that you practice some self care strategies too, even if you really don't want to, because this will help you reach your overall recovery and help restore your mental health.

Please try and do at least one thing for yourself each day?

Even if it's small.

A hot bath?
A book?
A magazine?
Favourite tv show?
A good movie?
Going for a walk.

Hang in there please. It does get better
