Sometimes luck plays a part. I always had friends. I have aspergers so I'm not supposed to make friends, but alas, I was never friendless, for good and bad. How the friends happened? The right people rained on me. Simple as that. For as much bad luck people have in life, someone statistically must have good luck sometimes, right?

Anyway, I'm not sure what the first 2 best friends of my life "had", but it is possible it was ADD, they didn't diagnose back then. I had to move away from them and keeping in touch proved too hard. I was only a child. The next best friend I got I kept into adulthood, she wasn't diagnosed as a child either, but with ADHD as an adult. That was the only friendship that was actually broken. My next best friend had BPD. My current best friend since 20 years isn't diagnosed but we're very aware she's a bit odd, LOL. I think she has ADHD with autistic traits.

I will say this, people without ADD/ADHD aren't as much fun. Not to me anyway.

Even my kittycat I'm sure has ADHD! I have 2 cats and yes I DO love the cat without ADHD too! So yes there are exceptions.
