jen - Benzo withdrawal is very hard for me physically. I get muscle twitches, muscle spasms, feeling like weight on chest, tightness in head (only way I can describe it), tingling and then numbing of toes, overly sensitive skin... This was from when I decided I didn't want to be on alprazolam anymore and stopped cold turkey.

Not sure what clonazepam will be like. Hopefully not like that. I'm cold turkeying it starting today.
