Thanks Supanova, I sometimes think the only reason this beast hasn't got me yet is due to my insight. So im very thankful for it and share it whenever possible and or welcome.


Bring dragged out of bed is a good idea, even if you can only stomach an hour or two. Every bit of fight left in you counts.


I usually just commit to an hour and take it from there....
