For clarity when you say - I have felt myself trying to go manic if that makes sense are you referring to the fact that you may be heading into a hypo/manic episode based on your early warning sign symptoms? .... cos that's kind of what I was thinking .... and the fact that you say it's been busy/productive EVERY night this week .... well that's more than 1 day of 'excitement' - so just look out for any other of your precursor symptoms - dunno what to say - keep to as much of a sleeping pattern as you possibly can (if this is disrupted) ..... what strategies have you used in the past when you've noticed early warning signs, that have been useful?
