Well I got out of bed at 6am and havent gone back yet. I will meditate at some stage today which I tend to do in bed. I havent been very active - besides going outside, saying hello to the dogs and texting people but Im just aiming for staying out of bed today I think. Mind you I did make breakfast which I havent done for ages (usually just have some fruit) so Im already more active than I have been. Cant say my mood is all that great but I have plenty of distractions I can use rather than bed.
How is everyone else going?
