I read a thing, i told my t about it cuz i think he likes to see me happy, that said that if you think things are gonna be much better next year, you are more delusional than a regular person who is not so optimistic. I keep thinking things will be better, but i really am working on it. I swam every day this week, total 4 hours so far. Hey so what - you dont want a wrinkly frowny face.
