Hi, welcome to the forum!

A tip that's helped me is to drink zero calorie drinks whenever you're having cravings and want to binge (tea with artificial sweetener, coffee, water with lemon, crystal light, etc.) It doesn't always work but having something in my hands to drink does help sometimes and it won't add any calories to your diet
