You might have a sleep phase disorder. That's when your body wants to sleep at a different time than usual. With that issue, you would want to go to bed later and get up later than most people, and otherwise you would have a hard time sleeping. There is treatment for sleep phase issues. You might want to research this topic on the internet or research books about it. You could also talk to a doctor who specializes in sleep.
