The less we eat the less appetite we end up having. I have had serious anorexia 2 times when my weight got so low I ended up in the medical hospital. Both times I lost my appetite to the point where even when I was hungry, my body never told me I was.

The last time happened after I went through a trauma & the stress triggered the weight loss & the lack of appetite. That was 10 years ago....it wasn't until this last year that my body finally started telling me it was hungry again..
The more you push it the worse it gets. You need to get yourself to eat a little bit more times of the day. The shaking & the lightheaded turns into passing out when you don't even expect it.....I ride horses & feeling that way while riding wasn't even safe & it's not safe if driving as other's lives are then placed in danger because of your choices. Drinking water doesn't have the nutrition your body needs in order to maintain it's functioning or healing. You won't get dehydrated, but it doesn't help the body get the fuel it needs to function. If you are in school, your mind will also slowly stop functioning at the level it needs to accomplish the work you need to do. There is nothing wise about not eating.
