Some of them are scary looking to me too. I am not young and I did look at their pictures on psych today before choosing ones to interview. I did not want one who was male. I would not see one younger than I am nor did I want perky. I also did not want one who looked like they cared much about appearance. I consider the ones I see to be rather non-descript. They are not completely unfortunate in appearance but nothing special either. I am not attracted to either of them and don't find them warm or whatever in either looks or personality.
