Hi,
Congrats on working to get sober. For me, it has been more than worth it to actually learn how to live life. Coping with emotions and the mountains of anxiety was very hard in early sobriety. Just take teeny tiny lil baby steps and be patient. Work close with your professional care team AND do the AA meetings - get real about it - work steps, get a sponsor, etc.
Hang in there! PM me if you need to. I just hit the 3 year completely clean and sober mark last week.
