I have never been attracted to a therapist I hired (I did date one for awhile - I never had seen the one I dated as therapist) but I do think attraction is not universal.
For example I find Bea Arthur a lot more attractive than the Olivia person (I don't know who she is) who I don't think is attractive at all. Nicole Kidman is not on my list of attractive people either. I think a good number are non-descript rather than dog crap (which sounds a bit harsh to me)
