antidepressants have never helped...they make me numb out more than i do on my own...i'd much rather feel something and be able to create (i'm an artist) than not...i only used when i needed to, rather than daily as would be the case with a prescribed medication...

it's funny because the day after i use, everyone always comments on how relaxed and good i look...these past few months, ironically, people have been asking if i'm on drugs...i just think i function better on it...odd situation...

as far as treatment goes...my trust in mental health care providers has been systematically destroyed over the years...so that's really not a possibility...
