In other news, I ate way too much today.

One of my housemates made what she called macaroni and cheese. I would not call it that. She cooked elbow noodles and tossed them in a casserol dish plain. Topped them with a layer of stewed tomatoes and chopped onion. Then topped that with a layer of colby-jack shredded cheese. Finally topping it off with bread crumbs. She then baked it in the oven. I tried some thinking maybe the cheese was able to melt down to the pasta. Nope, still plain noodles. It was nice of her to offer me some and say I can help myself to some whenever I want. It just was not for me. I like my mac and cheese to have cheese on the noodles. And the tomatoes in mac and cheese was a little weird. Oh well, I guess everyone has different ways of making things.

So, anyways...I had a plate of that. Then I was still hungry, so I ate my leftovers from lunch at Beef O'Brady's yesterday (I took home about half the meal and finished it off today). Then I went to work. I got off, was hungry, so I went to Checkers (since they are open late) and ordered 2 Cheddar Bacon Crisps (basically a bacon double cheeseburger) and an extra large fry. I ate it all. I am full now. I had a couple of Dunkin Donuts munchkins while at work, since one of the morning techs left them for anyone to eat. So much food. I like to eat. That's probably a bad thing now that I am older (still not old though) and my metabolism isn't as fast. I've always liked to eat and could eat whatever I wanted without gaining an ounce when I was a kid and in college. Now, I gain weight if I eat junk. :-P My mom always said it would catch up with me in my 30's. I guess she was right.

The schedule for the week of July 4th should be posted tomorrow, if the pharm manager finished it on time (sometimes he doesn't). Have to see if he honored (remembered) my request to have the morning of T off. I will give this new t 2 more sessions before I make a decision. See if she changes.

I wonder if I am scheduled for 4th of July. I volunteered to work if I was needed. I don't mind working holidays. The time and a half is nice. Plus, I don't do anything special on holidays really (except Christmas and Easter). So, why not let people who want to make plans for bbq's or other events have the day off and I go into work.
Thanks for this!
