Maybe it's an idea to see a psychiatrist?
OK - You say you are the victim of V2K - along with thousands of others. What are you going to do about it all then? My advice you seem to think is useless - despite being based on thousands of hours of research. Do what you want with it all, sort it all out yourself - what other advice do you want on a schizophrenia forum? The usual route is primarily a diagnosis & pills.
