I think leaving when you turn 18 is a good idea and should be your top priority.

I also think it will be imperative to cut all contact with these people when you go.

You'll need a good support network so I believe it's important for you to contact an agency that helps child abuse and domestic violence survivors have access to the resources they need in order to make their transitions safely!
