Sikka, I am sorry to read about your diagnosis.

Hodgkins lymphoma can usually be cured - good signs for you are your age (24) and the fact that only one lymph node seems to be involved.

The process (chemotherapy and possibly radiotherapy) will not be pleasant but you have an excellent chance (98% or better) of full recovery.
