I hope you find someone however, it is hard to help someone if they can't make their appointments. I am wondering if your community has a program for helping someone in the community. Some states have a program called Community Support Program (CSP). I know someone who has their medication brought to their door (she was involuntarily commited to the medication drop program for not taking medication). I suspect they might could connect you with a support individual to do home visits and assist or find assistance for you in other areas. If you are in the US, I would try your county's Health and Human Services. I'd certainly look around for some extra assistance with getting to your appointments because Pdocs tend to have so many of us that repeated missed appointments will cause them to drop your case. What would you need to get to your appointments? Could you have a neighbor, family member or friend stop by and help you get to your appointment work? What holds you back from going? I wonder if there is a way to get appointments at a closer place where you don't have to be out in the open as long might help.
