I went to advance tech right away...supervisor called me back and left a general message...so now I have to call her back and go through the freaking story for the I don't know how many times.

Since the local place wasn't able to repair while I was off work for two weeks and they don't work past 6 p.m. . I called Toshiba and asked for someone else to do the work... I finally decided that I would just take it to their shop since they are less then a mile away...wait the 3 week or 4 weeks for them to install the stupid part...maybe they will be nice enough to deliver it to me at work...hell the piece of crap could be delivered to my house and left in the drive way for all I care...

I see I'm ranting again....so I'll stop
