Unfortunately I really have no knowledge around the questions that you asked, and I wouldn't want to give you responses that are incorrect.

So the best that I can do is say that I am sorry that you have to go through this. September is a long way away. My wish for you is that you are able to feel some sense of comfort during this time; through some kind of clarity of where you might stand on this so that you are aware of any possible repercussions / consequences. And hopefully some members here can come forth and share some insight.
