I'm nervous. I'm having my first session with my new T this afternoon. She's great, I've known her for years, since she's on staff at my rehab. She's an RN and an MSW and is a very experienced counsellor. She's also really nice.
It's just hard starting over with someone new, and we're going to be doing trauma work, so that's hard to dive right into.
