Cvs is usually better than walgreens around here. I have a prescription for my dog I have to get filled. Sometimes I have watched customers get upset for no outward reason and sometimes I have watched the pharmacy people be jerks. Since it is for the dog maintenance (not immediate sick crisis) and because I usually get it filled before we run out, I can leave if the pharmacy frustrates me. But some of the customers don't have that luxury.
Customer service jobs can be rough.
