I don't think so.
Not sure what you mean by getting involved with and how close a relative are we talking here about... but be prepared if the T thinks it's unethical of him to keep treating you under these circumstances. I'm pretty sure my T would drop me like a hot potato if I started dating his son/brother/close friend.
