Maybe try aromatherapy? Smell chamomile, lavendar, ylang-ylang. Aveeno actually makes a lotion for stress with those scents. Drink a hot beverage (tea, hot chocolate) beforehand. Do deep breathing. Listen to relaxing music. I like to play games on my phone right before session to calm me.
