Basically you have 4 week ( roughly) before you see your Pdoc. I understand your frustration. but, you were a bloody hot mess a few weeks back. You were a mess for a very long... Just wait, stick it out.

I agree with Red Panda so I wont rattle off that advise... Its spot on.

You have gone this long ... You can hold out until you see your Pdoc. I would hate to see you lose your shyt again and have to go IP.
