Afternoon, couch.

I am home from CVS. Things went pretty well today, we were just slammed. Kept me busy though. Busy is better than dead and twiddling thumbs. The lady from last night came back to pick up her husband's prescription (why she didn't get it last night I have no clue). She yelled at the tech at pickup that she needs to not ignore customers. The tech was putting recently filled prescriptions in the bins between customers. The tech said as soon as the lady walked up that she would be with her in a minute, so she did acknowledge her. The tech puts down the box of scripts in her hand and goes to help the lady. The lady yells that she will be switching pharmacies because we have poor customer service. The pharm manager hear this and walks over asking what the problem is. The lady yells at him that she is finished with us and hopes we get shut down. Haha. The night pharm that was there last night had told the pharm manager when he came in this morning what happened. After the lady left today, I told the pham manager that she was the same one from last night. He commented that some customers are just hard to please.

I am off tomorrow, so hopefully I can get some more cleaning done.

Well, I am hungry, I need to eat lunch (I worked 10-2 so I was working during lunch hour and being that I was under 6 hours today, I don't get a lunch break).
