You make a great point and a lot of the time this is true. There are some people however (me being one), where the anxiety is so strong and so chronic that it gets in the way of progress. When this is he case it really helps to have something. Yoga can help me in the moment but once it's over, the anxiety comes back. Aromatherapy is the same. I usually take 1/2 mg klonopin, but if I had a joint I'd prefer that.
