It's really hard to give any advice in situations like this, because indeed it could be you're not ready to make deep changes at this point or could be your therapist is not a good therapist or maybe even it's possible you're already making some changes but just are not aware of them or maybe they're too little to be of significance for you.

Obviously all these different theories are about helping people change and to relieve distress, and if you feel you have even a slightly better reaction to one, it might be worth trying that route again. I think overall when a person tries multiple approaches, it can also give them a sense that therapist doesn't know what they're doing or the case is hopeless and I hope you are not in that place. If change really matters to you on a personal level, you will find a way that works for you, maybe not with this therapist or at the present time or even using therapy at all. Sometimes change does happen but in most unexpected ways....
