I pick little bits of stuff from under my upper and lower eyelids. The more I do it the more pus-y stuff comes and then I pull pieces of that out. I did it for 8 hours after my session Wednesday after talking about suicidal thoughts. My eyes are always so swollen and red, infected, blurry... It's ridiculous. I started doing it after an eye infection when I was 12. I think it's really bad for my eyes but I can't stop. I do it and zone out and I don't care when my eyes get sore and swell or my eyelids get burned from constantly lifting them up. I wake up in the mornings when it's really bad and have to peel them open.
