It went pretty well. We started out talking about what I'd been doing with my previous T. Then we agreed that I'd start working through the trauma workbook again from the beginning, since trying to pick up where I left off would be too hard. She's big on goals and structure. So we've agreed on the following format, check in, going through what I've done in the workbook, and homework for the next week. I think it's going to be good.
