Can't remember the last time I posted. Back in the winter? Well, life has been exciting, but naturally I've gone off the rails again and am f****** sh** up again! Time to pull it in. I really want to develop a lasting wellness and bp care plan, not just get to feeling better and then go out again until I hit a wall again. I am remembering how much it helps to read and respond to other people's posts about bipolar illness. When I start feeling bad naturally I want to talk to my friends and co workers about it, but I think it freaks them out and I feel bad for talking to them about it. I love knowing that I can always come on here!
But mainly just wanted to say hi, and thanks to all of you for still being here!
