I can't tell you how many times I've felt the same way. Usually I know a bout of depression is coming up when I start losing interest in everything and can't stick to one diversion for longer than a day. I also have anxiety and yeah, it's hard to tell if the anxiety causes depression or the depression causes anxiety!
Hang in there! Maybe try relaxing and doing things you don't usually do. Read a book or start a small garden or something. I hope you feel better soon.
