Killian, I have suffered long time from low esteem and not feeling worthy. Seeing the roots of this problem has helped but a therapist can be a big help.

I believe we each have a gift inside but it is buried. I like the book CALLINGS by Gregg Levoy because it helps me understand how each person finds their own gifts.
